My B4 and After Pics

In the first picture I am 307 pounds. After a long hard decision I decided to have Gastric bypass on October 30th 2006. The next picture is me at 205 pounds..which was 6 months after surgery. I am now at 193 and about 6 1/2 months out. I feel wonderful and know that I will live longer and be here for my children (3boys!) Although some say it is the easy way out, it has not been easy. It has helped me change my eating habits drastically. Im so glad I made the choice to become healthy again! Im 114 pounds less and feel great!!
