Before 250 pounds / AFter 170I decided to lose weight after someone I loved broke up with me over my looks. I ate nothing but fruit and salads for 2 weeks and even worked out but couldn't lose weight for some reason so I decided to try Atkins. I started on 02 April 07 and as of 18 July 07 I've dropped 80 pounds. I work out 2 and half hours a day 7 days a week. My dream was always to join the Army and I am almost there!!!
