My Weightloss
The first photo is my before photo. I took that photo in July,2006. It was on the day of my graduation from form 5. I was 16 then. The second photo is my after photo. I took that during February,2007. I lost about 60 pounds. I started my diet and exercising on the last two weeks of August,2006 before school started so I could get used to it. I exercised for a short time, from September to November because I had to do extra classes and I had lots of homework all the time. For my diet, I stopped eating snacks like cookies and chips and other stuff. I loved drinking hot milk chocolate, coffee and tea so I substituted the regular sugar with equal sweetener since it has 0 calories. I ate less carbohydrates, more protein. I reduced the proportion sizes of my meals but I ate frequently, about every 3 hours. I eat about 5-6 times a day. I am toning up right now and maybe I want to lose about 10-20 more pounds.
