yuck

I saw this picture for the first time just recently. I thought I looked decent that day!! Wow. What an eye opener. I asked my family if that was really what I looked like and they simply said "YUP!" Sometimes we don't realize what we look like because we see what we want 9or don't want). In my case, I am usually behind the lens of the camera. Needless to say, it was a real awakening. I need to do something to get back my health, happiness and sex appeal.
