I want my "before" back!The background picture is me rock climbing about nine months ago. I was in great shape... and then I started college and gained about 20 pounds. The inset picture is me a few weeks ago in CA - ick! It's become harder for me to climb because I'm heavier than I used to be. I remember passing through the very same phase when I was a junior in college back in 1990. I'll never forget the number 164 (I'm 5'9") in red LED numbers on the gym scale. But with increased activity (versus napping in between classes), staying FAR away from the dorm cafeteria and just saying NO to pizza drunk at 4am - I have been able to keep my athletic shape in the 130-range since, and I'm 37 today. DO NOT GIVE IN!

I know exactly how you feel, my current situation is almost if not the exact same. I use to be very active including rock climbing but that changed since I started college and couldn't find the time for it and I gained a little weight.
