Britney's Phoney CallHollywood: Britney Spears has a laugh with the paparazzi as she playfully uses a public phone while out at a restaurant. A few things worth noting here. One, she is without one of the many male tag-a-longs she is usually pictured with. It's true folks. She actually went out with a female assistant. A rare sight these days.
