Chocolate Krinkles

1/2 Cup oil,4 squares unsweetend shocolate, 2 cups of sugar, 4 eggs, 2teas. pure vanilla 1/2 teas. salt, 2teas. baking powder, 1 cup powderd sugar in zip-lock bag (large one). Melt squares of chocolate and oil in large bowl.(microwave),when melted, add sugar and stir. Add eggs one at a time,add vanilla. Add all dry ingredients, stir. Cover with plastic wrap over bowl and chill overnight. Put powdered sugar in ziplock bag. With a 3/4 inch cookie scoop or teaspoon take enough dough to equal the size of a walnut, and put in powdered sugar(I put all the dough balls at in ziplock bag and shake to cover the cookie. Bake @ 350 degrees for 10 min. Don't overbake. It tastes like a little brownie! Great cookie at Christmas!!
