Best Peanut Butter Cookies
One cup of peanut butter (can be creamy or crunchy)
One cup of Sugar
One egg
Beat egg well, add the peanut butter and sugar and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreaded baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 12 - 15 minutes. You can do the fork criss cross on top using a fork dipped in flour and cross the top of each cookie before baking.
This was given to me by a good friend who could smell through the way when I was baking anything, I bake when it snows, living in Vermont I bake alot in the winter time and this recipe is so simple and most everyone has all ingredients on hand, especially if you have kids. My daughter loves to help me make these as they ar so simple and we always have all ingredients in the house. They are so yummy and simple it is always a big hit. So easy to remember, my daughter says can we make "cup, cup, egg cookies mom" as she knows exactly what goes in them.
