Chewy-good Oatmeal Raisin
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup store-brand tub Margarine
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking Salt
1/2 tsp Salt
4 fresh eggs
3 Cups Instant Oats
2 Cups Flour
1 15-16 ounce package raisins
Cream together sugars and margarine. Sprinkle over the top: baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder, and salt then stir into mixture. Stir in 4 eggs (beaten). Fold in Oats and flour. Finally fold in raisins. Drop onto ungreased baking sheet by TABLESPOONS, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake in pre-heated 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Allow to rest 1 minute before removing them for cookie sheet.
