I created this recipe in response to a request from my husband, Tony. Tony is known at his office for making the worlds best cookies. Nevertheless, he challenged me to a cookie contest, with his co-workers being the judges. My cookies won! They are really yummy. Tony likes them, too. I hope you do as well.
