Choco-bliss

Choco-bliss

I created this recipe in response to a request from my husband, Tony. Tony is known at his office for making the worlds best cookies. Nevertheless, he challenged me to a cookie contest, with his co-workers being the judges. My cookies won! They are really yummy. Tony likes them, too. I hope you do as well. INGREDIENTS- 2 Cups all purpose, or cake flour Cup whole wheat flour 1 tsp. Baking soda tsp salt 1 Cup butter (room temperature) Cup sugar 1 Cup brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. Vanilla 1/3 Cup fresh brewed coffee C Nutella 2 squares bakers chocolate, crumbled in a blender Cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels Cup bittersweet chocolate morsels Cup white chocolate morsels Cup butterscotch morsels 1 Cup walnuts or pecans, roughly chopped DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 375 In one bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and coffee. On a medium slow speed, start adding flour mixture to egg/sugar mixture. Mix until creamy. Fold in the Nutella. Add the bakers chocolate crumbles and all of the morsels, and the nuts. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
