Chocolate No Bake Cookies

Ingredients:
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 cup margarine
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine. Cook over medium heat until it just starts to boil. Remove from heat, cool for 1 minute. Add vanilla, peantu butter and oatmeal. Stir well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper and chill. My kids love these and they're so easy to make. I make them year round, but especially at the holidays, or my kids would mutiny!
