Crystallized Ginger Oatmeal Crisps with White Chocolate and Dried Cranberries

My two favorite cookies are oatmeal and ginger. I decided to try combining them and the experimentation began! These are incredible I've never received anything less than a "wow!" reaction to them. They are completely satisfying and a grand treat at the same time.

1/2 C. white chocolate chips
