Cranberry Delights

Cream with electric mixer in medium bowl:
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Butter-flavored Crisco
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Mix in:
2 eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
Mix together in separate bowl:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt

Stir dry ingredients into creamed mix using wooden spoon. Stir in 1/2 of a 6 oz. bag of white chocolate chips and 2 cups dried cranberries. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake @ 350 for 12-14 minutes. Makes approx. 4 dozen cookies.

This recipe came about due to my love for all things cranberry. I had found white-chocolate covered cranberries at a local gift store and fell in love with the flavor combination. I thought that combination might work well in a cookie as well and so played with some basic cookie recipes until I came up with this one... and I love it! Be careful they can be addictive!
