This recipe is truly a family favorite. I always bake dessert for every family gathering. Due to different tastes,it was becoming increasingly difficult to find pastries that everyone would enjoy. With both brownie and blondie flavors, this dessert appeals to everyone. My sister loves these so much, that she becomes elated when I get to share them with someone who has not had them before. She is my biggest fan. There were not alot of bakers in my family in previous generations. I hope this recipe will be one that will start a new tradition and will be passed along for years to come.
