Extreme Peanut Butter Bars

2 3/4 cups instant or quick oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1 (12 oz.) bag milk chocolate & peanut butter chips
1 cup honey-roasted peanuts
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together first four ingredients. Add peanut butter and milk mix well. Spread mixture into a 13x9 inch baking pan, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature before serving.

*This recipe is very special to me because it was the first REAL recipe that I had ever created on my own (I was 10 years old), and I made it for my mom on Mother's Day because she is a huge peanut butter fan. She absolutely loved them. These are STILL frequently requested around my house, 14 years later.
