Triple Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
2 1/4 c. Flour
1 (4-oz.) pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Butter or Margarine, melted
2 Eggs
3/4 c. Light Brown Sugar
1/2 pkg. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
4 oz. of dark chocolate bar, chopped
4 oz. mini milk chocolate pieces
1/4 c. Sugar
1 c. chopped Toasted Nuts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the butter, sugars, pudding mix, baking soda, and vanilla. Beating after adding each ingredient. (This is the key to making them soft and moist). Beat in the eggs. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in all chocolate and nuts. Drop in rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, right as they are turning golden.
I've been on a quest to make the softest, moistest, chocolate chip cookie. This cookie is definitely a favorite in the house and with all my sisters friends.
