Mrs. Fields 30th Anniversary

When I read about this contest I immediately thought of my favorite cookie chocolate chip. Then I realized, this is a Mrs. Fields Cookie contest! She already makes the worlds best chocolate chip cookie! How could I ever improve on that? In fact, I use the Mrs. Fields chocolate chip cookie recipe from her cook book at home. I find it quite humorous to read recipes in this contest that are chocolate chip does this entrant actually think their cookie is better then Mrs. Fields? A really fancy cookie would be the best chocolate with a caramel center, dipped in pecans, and drizzled with a white chocolate F on the top. That would be heavenly. That cookie would depict a true Mrs. Fields 30th Anniversary Cookie. That cookie would symbolize all that Mrs. Fields and her cookies represent class, beauty, desirability, and very delicious! My mouth waters just thinking of it! However, a cookie that beautiful would be difficult to mass produce. This Mrs. Fields 30th Anniversary Cookie recipe that Im submitting has all of the components a customer would expect from a Mrs. Fields Cookie class, beauty, desirability, and very delicious! This cookie bakes up light with an open space of air between the top and the bottom of the cookie. The ingredients meld together to make a crispy yet chewy cookie. The addition of Cornflakes keeps the cookie moist while infusing a delicate flavor of cereal into the cookie. This is not just an ordinary oatmeal cookie boring. This cookie has distinction in flavor and texture. Its extremely simple to create and receives fabulous reviews. This is the next Mrs. Field Cookie! A classic in the making.
