Triple Chocolate & Toffee Chip

Triple Chocolate & Toffee Chip

From the Cookie Lady

Coming from a large family, there are always plenty of gatherings with lots of children. I am known, to siblings, nieces and nephews by many names including, but not limited to: Dearest Mary (only by my father), Mary Christmas (only by my brother), Maryanne, Mare, Mara-bell, Hey You, Auntie Maryanne, Auntie Mame, The Gravy Maker, and the Cookie Lady. My all time favorite name, although, is Gram. And a proud grand mother I am of 4 beautiful grandchildren ranging in ages from 6 months - 16 years of age. Not having children of my own, my husband and his children have graciously allowed me to play the most important role I have ... Gram. Being a Grandmother, the baking of cookies is a MUST. I have played and fooled around with many recipes ... but this is my favorite. I will warn you - They are the Sweetest you will ever encounter! These cookies can be found at family gatherings, weddings and even fundraising for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. My sister is a two time survivor and says the cookies do heal! If they are not a winner, you will disappoint many children! They are a winner in my family! Enjoy!
