Shawneemae!!!

I am a little over 1/2 finished with treatments for breast cancer. I was diagnosed in 4/00 with Glioblastoma Multiforme (brain cancer w/severe mortality rate!). Was told I had 3-6 mos to live. That means that as of 6 years ago this month, I was supposed to have been dead!!! Not a chance!!! I had to hang around to experience breast cancer too! This picture was taken of me with some friends on their boat on Long Lake, WA. Near Olympia. We had a great day just boating around and getting some sun! Can't wait for my hair to come back! Congrats to all who have survived. It is a tough road, but those of us who travel it, know how strong we are and can be!!! Hang in there.
