Paper Tole/ 3D DecoupageMy Paper Tole / 3D Decoupage is a craft that is a new one to me, but I love it. I use as many prints of the same picture as I like to create multiple layers that are place properly, than glued to give it the 3D Look... I cut and make my own mats, usually double or triple ones to help the print POP OUT!! I also do all the framing myself.
