Apple Dumplings -- Yum!

My all-time favorite fall or wintertime dessert would have to be apple dumplings. Easier than apple pie any day! You can even skip the hassle of making pie dough and just wrap cored apples in pillsbury biscuit dough. The warm gooey caramel sauce, served with vanilla ice cream. Nothing could be better!
