YUM! They look delish! I use a recipe someone gave me: 1 cup peanut butter, 1 egg, 1 cup sugar; blend and either roll cookies into balls and press with back of fork or put the dough in a cookie press; space cookies about 1/2" apart on ungreased sheet and bake for 7-8 min. in a 350 deg. oven. They're bite-sized and addictive! LOL
